RWI operates in the highly-fragmented oilfield services industry, comprised primarily of regional companies offering limited services and many without the scale to accommodate the increasing needs of blue-chip customers.
Management believes that the Company is the largest provider of MRO services in the New Mexico Permian Basin and anticipates its market share within the Permian to increase due to the quality and breadth of the Company's service offerings, continually expanding customer demand for the Company's services, and a trend towards consolidation of service providers by the Company's customers (both a flight to quality and a desire to reduce administrative costs of supporting multiple low-dollar suppliers).
Competition is essentially bifurcated between full service providers who are capable of serving majors and large independents and small regional providers only capable of serving smaller independents with limited service offerings. Due to its superior safety record, breadth of services, best-in-class facilities / equipment, and the embedded knowledge of RWI's field personnel, the Company maintains a significantly higher market share with major integrated producers than do its competitors and enjoys a sustainable market position
Management
Jerry Cavitt • Chief EXecutive Officer
Mr. Cavitt joined RWI in October 2010 after serving in senior executive positions in both the energy and food and beverage industries. Most recently, Mr. Cavitt was a leading executive with Natural Gas Services Group (NYSE:NGS) in Midland, Texas where he oversaw key finance and accounting functions and had significant involvement in mergers & acquisitions and treasury management. Additionally, Mr. Cavitt has significant experience with ERP system implementation and IT infrastructure upgrades. Mr. Cavitt has many years of Manufacturing experience including Inventory mgt and Six Sigma initiatives. Mr. Cavitt earned a B.S. in Psychology from Texas Tech University and M.S. in Finance from Texas Tech.
Rusty Moose • Midland Sales Manager
Rusty Moose is the Midland District Manager for RWI Construction Inc. Rusty has 34 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in the New Mexico and Texas region. During this period of time Rusty has held various positions ranging from business owner, salesman, safety rep., roustabout crew manager, relief pumper, dispatcher, teacher and coach. Rusty also managed an acidizing company over a 10-year period before pursuing a joint venture with Knox Service Acid Company. Prior to joining RWI Construction Inc. in 1999 Rusty started a Relief Valve Maintenance Company and a tubing rental business in 1995. During this time Rusty was contracted by RWI Construction Inc. doing safety and tool inspections in the field for RWI's roustabout crews. Rusty left RWI in 2007 to pursue an opportunity with Indian Fire & Safety, a DXP Company. In 2010 RWI rehired Rusty as the District Manager when the Company expanded and opened a new facility in Midland Texas. Rusty holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University.

Lorne W. Isham • HR Manager
Lorne W. Isham joined RWI Construction as the corporate Manager of Human Resources in June 2012. Mr. Isham has over 20 years of experience as a Human Resource Professional including the for-profit, governmental, and non-profit environments. His expertise includes policies & procedures development and implementation, recruitment, selection, retention strategies, training & development, compensation & benefit planning and administration, and risk management activities. Mr. Isham holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University of Garland as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin of Odessa Texas. He is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
